Frequently asked questions

Every Tawsen bag is made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect series selection, or normal wear from play.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@tawsen.co with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review your claim and, if approved, repair or replace the product at no cost to you.

What's the difference between the four series?

Each Tawsen design is available in multiple performance series. Choose the artwork you love, then choose the series that matches your throwing style.

Which series is right for me?

Control – Maximum control and forgiveness.
All Around – Balanced speed and versatility.
Speed – Fast, clean, and made for aggressive players.
Attack – Built for players who like to push the pace.

Can I get any design in any series?

Yes. Every Tawsen design is available across all four performance series.

What's included with my order?

Each order includes one complete set of four premium cornhole bags.

What do the speed ratings mean?

The speed rating refers to how quickly each side of the bag slides across the board. Slower bags provide more control, while faster bags move more easily.

What resin do you use?

We use premium resin fill for a consistent feel, reliable durability, and dependable performance.

Will the bags break in?

Yes. Like all premium cornhole bags, Tawsen bags soften over time, creating a more comfortable feel and consistent play.

Are the bags weather resistant?

They can handle normal outdoor play, but we recommend storing them in a dry place when not in use.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Do your bags come with a warranty?

Yes. We stand behind every set we make.

Tawsen bags are covered by a 90-day limited manufacturing warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes:

Broken stitching or seam failures caused by manufacturing defects
Defects in fabric or construction
Resin fill issues resulting from the manufacturing process

This warranty does not cover:

Normal break-in, wear, or cosmetic fading from regular play
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper storage
Cuts, punctures, burns, or damage from pets or sharp objects
Alterations or modifications made after purchase
Machine washing, machine drying, or the use of harsh detergents or chemicals. Machine washing can damage the fabrics, stitching, and resin fill, and will void the warranty. We recommend spot cleaning with mild soap and water only.

If you believe your bags have a manufacturing defect, email support@tawsen.co with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. Our team will review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, or store credit.

How should I clean my bags?

Spot clean with mild soap and water. Avoid machine washing or drying.

How should I store my bags?

Store them in a cool, dry place away from prolonged moisture and direct sunlight.

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellations or changes are only guaranteed if requested within 24 hours of purchase. After production has started, we may not be able to modify or cancel your order.
